Following in the vein of the best-selling non-fiction book 21 Lessons for the 21st Century by Israeli historian Yuval Noah Harari, the performance duo JULALENA 21 drafts visions for the 21st century.
In three productions in three extraordinary places, the project translates the spheres of urban planning, culture and science into artistic visions together with the experts Isabella Müller-Fuchs and Tobias Madl.
Overarching topics are the Zero Emission City Graz, the personalised art of artificial intelligence, and pioneering research findings (cutting-edge science).
In March, July and November, seven of the twenty-one visions will each be staged in ten performances. The evening begins with an audience experiment based on sensory deprivation.
